Start every conversation with the right greeting. This set covers hello, goodbye and polite phrases, including the difference between Hallo, Guten Tag and Grüß Gott.

How to use these words
Use Guten Tag from late morning until the evening, and Hallo at any time with friends. Tschüss is informal, so use Auf Wiedersehen in formal settings.
