Die Frage, ob Homeoffice sinnvoll ist, wird kontrovers diskutiert. Befürworter argumentieren, dass man flexibler arbeiten und Zeit im Verkehr sparen kann. Gegner betonen dagegen, dass die Zusammenarbeit im Team leiden kann. Zwar bietet das Homeoffice Vorteile, aber es erfordert auch Disziplin. Insgesamt ist eine Kombination aus Büro und Homeoffice meiner Ansicht nach am sinnvollsten.
In English: The question of whether working from home makes sense is debated controversially. Supporters argue that you can work more flexibly and save commuting time. Opponents, on the other hand, stress that teamwork can suffer. Admittedly, home working has advantages, but it also requires discipline. Overall, in my view a mix of office and home working makes most sense.
